February 23, 2017 (Travel Weekly) – Atlantis Paradise Island resort in Nassau is in the midst of renovating its tower guestrooms as well as the Marina Village complex. In addition, the resort is adding guest experiences that highlight the Bahamian culture.
“The world changes, and Atlantis is evolving,” said Howard Karawan, president and managing director of Atlantis Paradise Island. “Atlantis has created epic guest experiences over the years, and now we want to offer activities and surroundings that immerse them in authentic Bahamian experiences.”
For starters, the 1,201-room Royal Towers launched the weekly Junkanoo Experience in the lobby’s Great Hall of Waters Cafe on Feb. 17.
