Bahamas based Sterling Financial Group has announced the launch of the New Providence Opportunity Fund, Ltd. The fund is a closed-end equity investment fund consisting of high-net-worth and institutional investors, which targets diverse real estate investment and development opportunities in the US, Canada and the Caribbean region.
