ALT TAG HERENORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) –– “Hope Town: Reality of a Dream” is structured in three creative parts:

In the first part, “Sarah and the Goat,” readers are transported to the islands of the Bahamas during the late 1700s in a tale featuring early settlers – Loyalists – and their way of life which is not as different from today as one might think.

In the second part of the book, “Older Houses of Hope Town,” dreams of building a new life are connected with the building of houses. Mr. Seaberg presents this building process as a frame for the creation of a beloved community known as Hope Town.

Thirdly, the inspirational weave, “Reality of a Dream”, connects the narrative tale, history and one of Mr. Seaberg’s own dreams with the aspirations that have been realized by many people searching for a new life in Hope Town, from the time it was originally settled until the present.

NYSE imageAtlanta-based ICE is offering cash and shares for NYSE Euronext, although the deal will need regulatory approval.

ICE said that it planned to float off the Euronext part of the business, which runs the main stock exchanges in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Lisbon.

Shares in NYSE Euronext rose 32% following the announcement.

However, ICE’s share price fell 4%.

ICE is offering $33.12 per NYSE Euronext share in stock and cash, which is a 37% premium on NYSE Euronext’s Wednesday closing price.
