NCL Logo(Caribbean Journal) – Cruise giant Norwegian Cruise Line [NCL] has announced plans for a number of upgrades at its Great Stirrup Cay private island in The Bahamas. The upgrades are part of a wider $400 million investment program called The Norwegian Edge that the company is undertaking through summer 2017.

The island will see a host of changes, including new luxurious amenities, new adventure activities, enhanced and expanded dining options and a new atmosphere.

It notes that there is ongoing public-private sector dialogue with respect to timely implementation of AEOI to meet prescribed deadlines.
