A Memorandum of Understanding was signed December 9, 2019, between the University of The Bahamas (UB) and the Tourism Development Corp at UB President’s Boardroom.

The collaboration aims to foster a vibrant and resilient Bahamian tourism sector, and also deepen the university’s education and research impact.

Baha Mar is to host the inaugural Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival April 30-May 3, 2020, presented in collaboration with Meredith Corp’s leading luxury lifestyle brands Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure.

Following its recent acquisition of Bank of The Bahamas’ (BOB) $103 million trust, LENO Trust Ltd has named veteran private wealth and trust professional Dianne Bingham as the firm's new managing director.
