The Bahamas and the Inter-American Development Bank yesterday signed a technical cooperation agreement worth $600,000 during the 4th IDB Caribbean Governors Regional Meeting being held this week at Grand Lucayan.

Speaking at the 4th Inter-American Development Bank Caribbean Governors Regional Meeting, Minister of Tourism Obie Wilchcombe February 20 urged Caribbean nations to look at the region as one in terms of tourism.
